Supervisions

In addition to therapy, I offer clinical supervision for both qualified counsellors and trainee therapists seeking a supportive, reflective space to grow and thrive in their practice.

My supervisory approach is collaborative, integrative, and grounded in relational principles. Whether you're newly qualified or in training, I provide a safe and confidential environment where you can explore client work, reflect on your professional development, and build confidence in your clinical decision-making and ethical practice.

Supervision with me is not just about guidance—it's about nurturing your unique therapeutic voice, encouraging creativity, and fostering authenticity in your work. I believe in creating a space where you feel supported, respected, and empowered to navigate the complexities of therapeutic work with clarity and integrity.

If you're looking for a clinical supervisor who values curiosity, connection, and your personal journey as a therapist, I’d love to hear from you.

Clinical Supervision for Counsellors and Psychotherapists

As a qualified and experienced therapist and supervisor, I provide a supportive, reflective space for counsellors and psychotherapists at all stages of their professional development. Whether you're a trainee, a newly qualified counsellor, or a seasoned practitioner, supervision with me offers a space to feel heard, challenged, and professionally nourished.

My approach to clinical supervision is integrative and tailored to meet your unique needs. Drawing from the Cyclical Model (Page & Wosket), the Seven-Eyed Model (Hawkins & Shohet), and Person-Centred principles, I offer a thoughtful and flexible framework for growth, ethical awareness, and deepened self-reflection.

I believe that supervision should be a collaborative and enriching experience—a space where you can reflect openly, explore your therapeutic relationships, and develop your practice with curiosity and integrity.

In our work together, we will:

  • Reflect on your client work in a safe, non-judgemental space

  • Explore relational dynamics and therapeutic processes

  • Celebrate your strengths, insights, and professional growth

  • Navigate challenges with curiosity, compassion, and support

  • Stay grounded in ethical standards and good clinical practice

I welcome supervision enquiries from:

  • Individual counsellors and psychotherapists

  • Trainees and counselling students

  • Private practitioners

  • Therapists working with a range of presenting issues including grief, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, and neurodivergence

All supervision sessions are available online via Zoom, offering flexibility and accessibility wherever you are based.
